Donor Services Gift Processor

The Donor Services Gift Processor will receive, and process transactions delivered to the regional donor services from chapters.

This position is for the Donor Services West team.

Essential functions and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Enter transactional data into donor databases by manual and automated
• Review source documents and interpret proper revenue
• Congure external data from various sources for entry into donor
• Communicate with chapter sta and internal departments to investigate transactions with incomplete data to ensure proper revenue
• Ensure data used for delivery to external vendors is
• Assist in the development and documentation of department procedures for proper revenue allocation.
• Perform other duties as assigned

• High School diploma required. Associate's degree or higher
• One year of work experience in a data processing environment

• Working knowledge of relational database systems
• Experience with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
• Experience with Personify, Salesforce, and Luminate Online preferred
• Procient in MS Oce Suite, especially with MS Excel
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Excellent organization skills
• Self-motivated, self-starter and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously; strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to work quickly with direction and without close supervision
• Team oriented
