Distribution Operator - Kerrville, TX

Job Summary

This position is responsible for physically receiving merchandise from internal and external sources, replenishing inventory locations, order picking and packaging orders.

Essential Functions

*Physically receive and put-away merchandise, packaging supplies and printed materials.

*Pick merchandise to fulfill omni-channel orders.

*Package merchandise for shipment as well as other items when required such as supplies, equipment and material.

*Perform cycle counts.

*Maintain a high degree of accuracy and have a strong attention to detail.

*Maintain adequate security on all assigned inventory items (physical and procedural controls).

Minimum Qualifications

*Ability to apply basic logic and understanding to carry out detailed instructions in written, verbal or diagram form.

*Strong problem-solving skills.

*Basic computer proficiency with ability to quickly learn new technology & equipment.

*Proven ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously and manage frequent interruptions.
