Continental Propertiesislooking for aFinancial Analyst to join our dynamic team of professionals at our Home Office in Menomonee Falls, WI. As Financial Analyst, you will be support the Finance Team in the underwriting and acquisition analysis of multi-family, retail, and hotel real estate opportunities. You will also support the analysis of existing income-producing assets to provide insights to our teams and key stakeholders. You will report to the Finance Director.

Continental embraces a flexible/hybrid work environment. After an initial onboarding period, you may work remotely up to two days a week. #LI-Hybrid

Essential Responsibilities:



  • Support new development projects by coordinating due diligence, proforma development, and analyzing financial scenarios to guide development decisions.
  • Maintain and organize data, streamline reporting processes, and implement data management enhancements.
  • Lead the preparation and submission of lender reports and compliance certificates.
  • Collect and analyze cap rate and real estate taxes for new development markets and projects.
  • Collaborate with Market Research and Operations teams to analyze, interpret, and communicate cost, expense, and revenue variances in underwriting.
  • Coordinate and process the procurement of letters of credit and performance bonds for development deal teams.


Skills for Success:



  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent experience required; Real Estate emphasis desired
  • Experience: Two to three years of related experience
  • Skills: Ability to recognize financial implications of business decisions or strategies and build relationships with Finance Team, Deal Teams, and External Stakeholders
