As a Talent Acquisition specialist at Highwoods, your days involve a dynamic blend of sourcing top talent, collaborating with hiring managers and managing the full recruitment lifecycle. You'll engage with hiring managers to fine-tune hiring plans and provide valuable insights on market trends. Throughout the day, you'll review resumes, identify high-potential candidates, and connect with them through personalized outreach. You'll work creatively to source diverse talent, using social media, networking, and referrals, while also maintaining a strong focus on building relationships with candidates and keeping them engaged. Your role extends beyond just recruitment-you'll partner with HR to innovate internship programs, enhance the employer brand and ensure every candidate has a positive experience, helping shape a thriving, diverse workforce for the future. Physical Demand / Work Environment: This on-site position operates in an office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, scanners, and video conferencing.
