Description
Learning & Development Specialist As a Learning & Development Specialist at APEI, you will serve as the bridge between our Learning & Development team and the employees we support, acting as a strategic partner to translate business needs into impactful learning solutions. You'll be the expert and primary steward of our Learning Management System (Docebo), ensuring it operates seamlessly and serves as an intuitive hub for education and professional growth. In this role, you will help implement programs, ensuring content from our team best leverages our system for maximum engagement and accessibility. You will also work closely with internal clients to understand their needs, design tailored solutions, and drive projects to completion. Beyond system management, the L&D Specialist will lead communication planning and execution for learning initiatives, ensuring our workforce stays informed and engaged.
