Responsibilities

The Senior Recruiter will research, develop and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the Horizon Health organization.

  • Identifies candidates via social media, telemarketing, internet, cold calling, etc.
  • Screens applications and selects qualified candidates; follow up with candidates, providing feedback on their status.
  • Performs as the liaison between candidates and hiring managers during the hiring process.
  • Schedules interviews: oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
  • Develops, facilitates and implements all phases of the recruitment process. Continually analyzes the recruiting processes for efficiency, best practices and improvement.

  • Ensures compliance with federal, state and local employment laws and regulations and company policies.
  • Attends and participates in tradeshows, community events, job fairs, etc.
  • Performs other duties as assigned/required by this position

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree highly preferred
  • Minimum three years of recruiting experience
  • Minimum one year experience in a senior recruiting role
  • Above average experience with MS Office Products
  • Clinical or mental healthcare experience highly preferred
  • Proven track record of results
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Excellent Organization and Interpersonal Skills
  • Ability to develop and execute recruitment plans
