Primary Responsibilities:

• Conducts quality of care investigations and manages case through corrective action process meeting timeliness standards
• Support and Develops inter-rater reliability assessments for clinical staff. Evaluates results and identifies quality improvement interventions
• Support audit functions in development of tools, analysis of results and identifications of corrective actions
• Analyzes audit results, provides analysis trends and reports to Operations leadership and Quality committee
• Ensures issues/complaints are investigated, appropriate corrective action / preventive actions are implemented, through resolution. Tracks and trend issue and conducts corrective actions as needed
• Collect quality data for reporting and internal requests. Analyzes and interprets data to ensure standards are met and provides summary reports
• Identify quality improvement or intervention opportunities and is responsible for completing improvement initiatives; may work with cross-functional teams to achieve improvements
• Maintains all quality activities in accordance with URAC standards and contractual requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Current, unrestricted RN license in the State
• 3+ years of experience in RN practice
• 2+ years of quality management and improvement experience
• 2+ years of clinical audit experience
• 1+ years of experience analyzing data and writing reports

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience analyzing large sets of data and writing reports
• Experience conducting quality of care investigations
• TRICARE knowledge/experience

The salary range for this role is $71,600 to $140,600 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
