Osaic has returned to a hybrid work schedule, so we are seeking candidates prepared to work a split schedule between home and the office.

Role Type: Full Time

Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per year + annual bonus

Actual compensation offered will be determined individually, based on a number of job-related factors, including location, skills, experience, and education.

Summary:

This position will be responsible for all aspects of the local technical infrastructure of each RPO (Regional Planning Office) including Software Compliance, Business Continuity Planning, Disaster Recovery, Telecommunications, Application support, Printing, Security Policy Enforcement and Local Area Network support.

The candidate will understand the business and provide training and orientation to new recruits (planners and staff). The position will entail assisting and escalating problems on a national level providing a consistent model for support for the enterprise.

Responsibilities:

  • Technology support Financial Professional's practices Including:
  • PC Hardware Troubleshooting including device deployments and life cycle management
  • PC applications support including O365 and proprietary applications and Windows 10/11 Operating systems
  • Network Troubleshooting
  • Onboarding and offboarding users
  • Handle daily support calls for clients. Provide telephone, remote and on-site support to users.
  • Second level support for remote users' broadband, cable and VPN connectivity.Interfaces with users, consultants, technical teams, and vendors to install and configure new servers, switches, routers, and other technical hardware.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in computer or engineering sciences, with 3+ years' experience in Microsoft systems and support or 5+ years proven direct end user support responsibility.

Basic Requirements:

  • Comprehensive understanding of Microsoft Windows 10/11 desktop software and registry support.
  • Escalates and own network, applications and telecommunication issues to maintain the highest system availability for users.
  • Proficiency in understanding and troubleshooting in Microsoft Office Applications.
  • Ability to interact effectively and professionally with peers, management, business customers, development teams and external support vendors.
  • Ability to manage own work independently and interact effectively with remote location management.
  • Able to multi-task and effectively switch between project management and daily systems support requests.
  • Must be able and willing to work overtime to meet service objectives, systems availability requirements and project deadlines and emergency repairs.
  • Must be physically able to lift, install and move computer HW of various sizes and weights, minimum of 50lbs.
  • Ability to maintain composure while working under pressure during major network and systems emergencies.
  • Ability to quickly grasp, understand and use new technologies.
  • Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Experience in maintaining and running high availability systems.
  • Experience independently responding to and resolving off-hour support calls quickly.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Current network and routing technologies experience a plus
