The Talent Acquisition team is seeking an experienced TA Technology Program Manager to join the TA Operations team. They have always enjoyed tackling difficult problems and believe that the best way to solve them is through collaborative, team efforts. Overview The Program Manager position focuses on collaborating on essential Talent Acquisition initiatives and adapting to changing business demands. Core responsibilities include analyzing, enhancing, and standardizing processes, managing TA technology tools and resources, and providing insights through analysis and reporting for internal stakeholders. This role also involves developing training materials, supporting TA systems, and serving as a key liaison with partners. The manager will help to lead efforts in TA technology and process improvements, working closely with marketing and communication teams. The role provides significant exposure to senior leaders and cross-functional teams, offering a comprehensive understanding of the business.
