Learning Management System (LMS) Coordinator

Location: Remote residing in DE, MD, PA, VA, OH, NC, GA or FL

Your role in our success:

The Learning Management System (LMS) Coordinator supports the implementation and maintenance of the LMS designed to improve the ongoing talent development process. The role loads content in The Grove - LMS, schedules training offerings as directed and updates attendance rosters. This role serves as the subject matter expert for the Articulate software platform by placing training content in Articulate to brand it for enterprise-wide offerings.

What you'll be working on:



  • Administers The Grove - Learning Management System (LMS); ensures smooth operation; coordinates and maintains training schedules, and resolves technical issues for users, instructors and course developers.
  • Coordinates the branding of all internal training in the Articulate platform.
  • Adds micro learnings, recordings and live events to the LMS system, and manages attendance rosters.
  • Assists in creating job aides and "how to" learnings.
  • Assists with auditing, and compliance reporting.
  • Creates course evaluations for all training offerings.
  • May collaborate with vendors and Information Technology staff to optimize system performance.
  • Hosts Wednesday Webinars by introducing speakers and leading live question and answer dialogue.


Who you are:




  • High School diploma required, Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration preferred.


  • Three years of experience with LMS platforms and branding training content. Articulate software platform experience preferred.
  • Standard Driver's License
  • Knowledge of learning management systems and various training platforms.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
  • Strong work ethic, highly organized and creative individual.
  • Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and deliver results under pressure.
