* Make an Impact! In this role, you will oversee, direct and guide the audiology and hearing aid services to align with the primary functions of the organization. Coordinate with Administration to develop overall strategy, goals, and objectives. Implement policies and procedures that guide and support the provision of audiology services as well as departmental goals. You will manage and mentor staff to provide all aspects of patient care pertaining to the department's scope of care. List of Services: Diagnostic testing: Primarily adult population. Includes: comprehensive audiologic evaluations, tympanometry, otoacoustic emissions (OAE), QuickSIN, videonystagmography (VNG). Occasional pediatric services including Video Reinforcement Audiometry (VRA). Hearing Aid Services: Hearing Aid Demonstrations and Listening Needs Assessments, Hearing aid fitting, programming and orientation, counseling, real ear measures, routine hearing aid maintenance and repairs.

Position: Manager, Audiology- FT 40 hours/week, will also work at Maris Grove location every other Monday.

Shift: Day- 8am-4:30pm or 8:30am-5pm

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years clinical work in Audiology-Supervisory experience and leadership training highly preferable-Mastered skills in audiological evaluation, impedance measurements, VNG (or ENG), OAE, real ear measurements and provision of hearing aid services. Familiarity with all procedures within the department Scope of Care.

Education:

Education: Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.), Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) or Doctor of Science (Sc.D.) in the hearing and balance sciences.
