Overview
We're seeking an Epic Inpatient Clinical Application Analyst to join our team! In this role, you'll assists with implementations and conversions of software products. The Analyst will be responsible for implementation and support of applications, will identify enterprise wide application requirements and communicate solutions to clients while promoting standardization.
Location: This position is open to remote/work from home with strong preference for candidates residing within the UPH geographies of Iowa, Illinois, & Wisconsin. Hours: Monday-Friday, Days. Also provides night and weekend on-call coverage as scheduled.

Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
- Reviews module enhancement specifications incorporating standardization guidelines into tailoring specifications and performs integration tests on delivered enhancements.
- Assures compliance with federal, state, and local laws or regulations.
- Effectively prepares and complies with voluntary accreditation as accepted by the healthcare organizations we serve. Understands global contract issues related to applications.
- Provides input into preparation of project plans and monitors own task schedule.
- Acts as project lead as assigned by managers.
- Participates in and coordinates status meeting and conference calls as needed for assigned projects.
- Assists with training and development of staff.
Qualifications
What You'll Need: Education: Required:
- Bachelor's degree. Work experience may substitute for education only if the experience is directly related.
Experience: Required:
- At least 2 years of Epic Application experience
Preferred:
- 2 or more years of Epic Analyst experience
- Epic certified
- 2 or more years of technical experience in computer science, information technology, or Clinical Informatics
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
