Overview Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center is an independent, nonprofit organization providing adult cancer treatment and groundbreaking research focused on cancer and infectious diseases. Based in Seattle, Fred Hutch is the only National Cancer Institute-designated cancer center in Washington. With a track record of global leadership in bone marrow transplantation, HIV/AIDS prevention, immunotherapy and COVID-19 vaccines, Fred Hutch has earned a reputation as one of the world's leading cancer, infectious disease and biomedical research centers. Fred Hutch operates eight clinical care sites that provide medical oncology, infusion, radiation, proton therapy and related services, and network affiliations with hospitals in five states. Reporting to the AVP for Marketing, the Administrative Assistant II works independently to perform administrative duties of a complex and specialized nature for key leaders of the Marketing & Communications department. Judgment is used daily in interpreting policy, representing the department or program head(s), interacting with Fred Hutch staff, outside organizations, the public and working with sensitive and confidential information. This role will have the opportunity to work partially at our campus and remotely. Responsibilities Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
Manage calendars and arrange requested individual and group meetings for assigned department leaders, and in support of assigned projects.

The hourly pay range for this position is from $26.48 to $37.70 and pay offered will be based on experience and qualifications.
