This Receptionist opportunity is full time @ 40 hours per week and offers full benefits.

Quail Surgical and Pain Management Center in Reno, Nevada, is an outpatient surgical center dedicated to providing high-quality patient care. Established by a group of community physicians, the goals of the founding physicians have not changed since they were established in 1999. These goals focus on:

Job Description: The Receptionist is responsible for the courteous and prompt processing of patients at the waiting area, collecting appropriate copays and deductibles, answering all incoming telephone calls, directing the calls to the appropriate personnel and is under the supervision of the Business Office Manager. The Receptionist supports the philosophy, objectives, and goals of the Quail Surgical & Pain Management Center and supports and participates in quality improvement activities.


Qualifications

High school graduate.

Demonstrated ability to type 45 wpm.

Comprehension of medical terminology.

Minimum one (1) year receptionist experience in an ambulatory surgery facility, acute-care hospital, or doctor's office.
