DRS Naval Electronics is looking for a Project Engineer (PE) comfortable with working in a hybrid environment from one of our offices located in Burnsville, MN; Largo, FL; Johnstown, PA; or Frederick, MD. The role will entail supporting existing programs, proposals, or Internal Research & Development (IRAD) efforts. The PE will be the Engineering lead on development, production, or services programs which includes all activities for design, implementation, and qualification. This position could also lead IRAD efforts assisting in the set-up, operation, maintenance, and development of a component or systems in efforts such as requirements development, trade-off studies, testing, planning, and reporting. In this role, the candidate will be responsible for assigned technical solutions, efficient execution, and task completion on time and within budget. Ability to work independently is a key capability needed for this role.

#NEL #LI-AS1 U.S. Citizenship required. This position requires an active DOD security clearance or the ability to obtain such clearance within a reasonable time after commencement of employment. The expected pay scale for this position is $114,650/year - $227,437/year. Should the level, location, or scope of the position change during the hiring process, the pay scale may be modified accordingly.
