Add to favorites Favorited View favorites Pay Grade/Pay Range: Minimum: $62,300 - Midpoint: $81,000 (Salaried E10) Department/Organization: 510501 - Space Planning & Mgmt Normal Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm Job Summary: The Space Management Analyst conducts space utilization analysis and creates reports. Develops plans to maximize facility use. Makes space allocation recommendations to administration. Additional Department Summary: The Space Management Analyst reviews budgets. Oversees procurement of new acquisitions / disposals. Recommends and implements effective development programs as it relates to the University Space Reporting & Management for the entire campus. Provides strategic research and analytical support for Campus Development Operations (cost management, maintenance, space planning while benchmarking and determining measurements to do what is best for the University, etc.). Provides analytical and decision support. Oversees procurement of new monitoring technology. Assists with the data integrity of the space inventory. Provides performance measurement and utilization. Standardizes processes. Handles reporting. Drafts recommendations supported by the analysis. Supports the department with drafting and building modeling needs. Required Minimum Qualifications: Associate's degree and four (4) ears of experience in building or interior design, data management, and/or campus development activities; OR Bachelor's degree and two (2) years of experience in building or interior design, data management, and/or campus development activities; OR master's degree and some experience in building or interior design, data management, and/or campus development activities. Additional Required Department Minimum Qualifications: Must have valid U.S. driver's license. Must be at least 19 years of age at time of hire and have an acceptable Motor Vehicle Report that is in compliance with University policies. Applicants under the age of 21 will have some driving restrictions. Skills and Knowledge: Detail-oriented. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word Outlook, SharePoint, Teams). Statistical and comparative data and trend analysis skills. Ability to learn training applications and evaluate training tools. Coordination skills to work with all levels of Campus Development personnel. Preferred Qualifications: Campus Development related experience to include three (3) years of technical training experience that include data analysis and modeling, occupancy detection diagnostics, comparative data, trend analysis; and five (5) years of Revit experience.
