Location:Youngsville, NC Southwire Job Description Southwire- Youngsville, is currently seeking an experienced Production Supervisor responsible for managing production, providing leadership to the manufacturing team, and facilitating the production process to ensure the achievement of all manufacturing objectives. This person works with the Production Leads, other members of management, and employees in their facility to oversee the production floor, manages the human capital plan, drives operational excellence, and directs capacity management. Manages daily operations to include delegation of work assignments Drives team goals and focuses on SQDCI.
