Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for leading projects to success? We are seeking a dedicated PMO Manager to oversee and enhance our project management processes and standards. Your role will ensure projects are executed efficiently and aligned with best practices, driving our organization towards its goals. Essential Job Functions:
Lead the planning, execution, and completion of projects.
Collaborate with project managers to track progress, mitigate risks, and resolve issues.
Monitor project and portfolio risks, progress, and outcomes to ensure visibility of performance.
Maintain and improve project management standards, methodologies, processes, and tools across the organization.
Mentor and coach project managers to enhance their skills and align them with PMO best practices and organizational goals.
Manage cross-functional projects according to established methodologies, ensuring timely delivery and achievement of business outcomes.
Facilitate project stage gate reviews to ensure all work streams are well defined, planned, and resourced.
Identify and implement process improvements within the PMO to enhance project delivery, resource utilization, and team performance.
Ensure clear communication and alignment between project teams, stakeholders, and executive sponsors.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience.
Minimum of 5 years experience managing large-scale or complex programs and/or project portfolios.
Proven track record of successfully implementing projects, including experience as a Project Manager, Scrum Master, or Product Owner.
Experience with projects across various organizational areas (e.g., Finance, Technology, HR, Operations).
Preferred but not required:
Knowledge of Waterfall and Agile approaches.
Familiarity with Smartsheet and Google Suite.
PMP, CAPM, CSM, or equivalent certification.
Experience with process mapping, Six Sigma, or Lean processes.
Knowledge of Prosci or other change management methodologies.
Supervisory experience.
