• Previous experience working in a skilled nursing a plus!
• Certification in CPR, or willingness to learn
• At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role
• At least 2 years of experience in long-term care
• Knowledge of HFS132 regulations
• Ability to stand or move around The Health Care Center throughout most of shift
• Mobility to respond quickly to emergency situations in various areas of the campus
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• Ability to exercise sound judgment and maturity when managing staff and interacting with residents
