Corewell Health Pulmonary Medicine guides and supports patients treating a range of lung related illnesses from acute and chronic bronchitis to tuberculosis. This practice is a multi-site, in Royal Oak, pulmonary care, in Southfield, sleep conditions. This Practice Manager III does have Supervisor support leading the team. Your resume must provide straightforward evidence of direct supervisory experience to be considered. Healthcare/Practice Management experience is a plus. Scope of work Supervises and trains office support staff to ensure optimal patient process flow and serves as a liaison between physicians and clinical staff in daily operations. Responsible for charge processing, A/R follow up, cash processing, patient flow, maintenance of scheduling system and patient medical records. Develops and implements policies, process improvement and customer satisfaction initiatives. Qualifications
