Position Description
Performs coordinative work in the business or administrative operation of a specific department or college. Responsibilities involve the coordination and supervision of the various functions and aspects of a department as well as the monitoring operational procedures. Work is performed under general supervision with evaluation based on results obtained. May supervise staff or student assistants.

Major/Essential Functions
  • Scheduling travel for site visits including booking flights and hotels and submitting reimbursements
  • Order office supplies, process purchase orders and complete invoicing process
  • Maintaining & Updating databases for potential and past candidates
  • Maintaining & updating advertising dates with documentation of postings
  • Compiling information and screenshots for EEO on new job requisitions
  • Communicating with prospective faculty regarding travel, itineraries and job opportunities
  • Maintains relationships with internal and external departments
  • Schedules meetings on behalf of the Director, prepares meeting materials and minutes as needed
  • Adapts to last minute schedule changes
  • Assist with various other daily operations
  • Ensure attention to detail as per the policies and procedures of the office, school and institution


Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree plus two (2) years related experience; OR a combination of education and/or progressively responsible related experience to equal six (6) years.
