Responsible for analysis, reporting and benchmarking of all Hannaford ecommerce fulfillment programs. This position provides relevant and actionable insights based on a combination of multi-faceted analysis as well as deep understanding of the Hannaford To Go operations and customer journey. The position tracks and reports ecommerce performance from the banner level down to each individual facility, identifying trends and summarizing results for the greater business.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

* Provide comprehensive analysis of new eCommerce initiatives in conjunction with Finance, Consumer Insights, and Reporting & Analytics teams

* Create, maintain and improve all operational KPIs and reports, supporting Ecommerce Operations Specialists, Retail Leadership, and Fulfillment Center operators. Work to consolidate and simplify reporting so insights are more easily gleaned from the information.

* Analyze ADUSA-provided benchmarking reports to provide insights on possible strategic and operational improvements. Understand ADUSA banner's eCommerce executions well enough to effectively compare metrics and maintain relationships to support regular and open dialogue.

Job Title: ECommerce Analyst Full or Part Time: Full Time

* Responsible for building annual budget and periodic forecasts for eCommerce sales, orders, items, and operational metrics leveraging assumptions and strategy from eCommerce leaders.

* Partner with the Consumer Research, Digital Marketing, Customer Care to synthesize a cohesive picture of the eCommerce customer feedback from multiple sources and provide actionable insights that influence immediate tactical changes and future direction.

* Act as the day-to-day ADUSA contact for reporting questions and exchange of data.

* Communicate insights in both spreadsheet and presentation form to support the Manager and Director of eCommerce's efforts to convey concepts and proposals to leadership. Support the build of the monthly Steer Committee Meeting presentation materials.

* Analyze results of eCommerce sales building campaigns and communicate back to Marketing teams on effectiveness.

* Analyze category and department orders, out-of-stock and substitution reports.

* Validate and track expenses from 3rd Party Marketplace and other vendors to be approved by the eCommerce Manager and Director.

* Evaluate facility's capacity to grow e-commerce sales. Identify specific opportunities (demographic, day-part, fixture restrictions, order capacity, time slot utilization, equipment, walk distance, technology, etc.) and collaborate with Retail Services/Marketing/Store Dev to develop and execute strong programs.

* Actively participate in and sometimes lead eCommerce projects that have cross-functional implications include project plans, meeting facilitation, meeting recaps that outline tasks that contribute to advancing eCommerce.

* Maintain ongoing deep understanding of Hannaford To Go operations and the complete customer journey through regular store engagement and hands-on experiences.

Qualifications and Experience:

Basic

* Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent work experience

* Minimum 5 years of retail management and/or home office experience

* Experience providing reports, analysis and summaries to leadership

Preferred

* Experience as an Analyst (Category, Pricing, Finance, Industrial, etc.)

* Experience working with technology solutions

Skills and Abilities:

* Strong analytical skills (Advanced MS Excel, PowerBI)

* Ability to break down complex problems into presentable insights (MS PowerPoint)

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

* Detail orientated and organizational skills

* Ability to work independently, applying guidelines to specific situations

* Competence in strategic thinking and problem-solving skills

* Strong ability to influence, direct and coach associates that don't report to them

* Aptitude working with technology

The Salary Range for This Position is $72,880-$109,320
