High School Graduate or equivalent required. Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred. Experience: Minimum of 3 years in an inpatient/outpatient psychiatric/mental health setting with knowledge of psychiatric patient care techniques, demonstrated understanding of mental illness and related behavioral management techniques required. Minimum of two years of supervision required. Experience in the development of therapeutic programs targeted for special population preferred. Any combination of education and experience equivalent to these requirements may be considered.
