Responsibilities

We are looking for Outpatient Services Clinical Manager with a broad experience in in psychiatric/mental health field, with a minimum of two (2) years' experience in advanced clinical/management practice preferred. You must have Master's Degree in Counseling, Psychology or Social Work and has LMFT, LCSW or LPCC. The Clinical Manager position is a dynamic role that provides administrative leadership and clinical oversight to a growing multi-disciplinary team of RNs, Master's level Therapists, Case Managers, and Licensed Therapists. Outpatient offers a myriad of programs including Partial Hospitalization, Dual Diagnosis PHP, Intensive Outpatient (IOP), Chemical Dependency Intensive Outpatient, Adolescent PHP, Adolescent IOP.

Qualifications

Education: Master's Degree in Counseling, Psychology or Social Work, required

Experience: Minimum of five (5) years experience in psychiatric/mental health field, with a minimum of three (3) years experience in advanced clinical/management practice preferred. Experience in Personnel Management and Staffing preferred.

License: LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC required.

Additional Requirements:

A strong knowledge of JCAHO, NAPHS, Title XXII, CMS, OSHA regulations, and patient rights standards and all other applicable federal and state laws and regulations governing mental health care facilities. CPR certification, and successful completion of the hospital's designated behavioral and physical management training program, including de-escalation and appropriate use of seclusion and restraint required prior to assisting in the procedures.
