Advisor Support Specialist: February 10th Training Class

    Osaic has returned to the office in a hybrid schedule, so we are seeking candidates willing to work a split schedule between home and the office a few days per week.

    Role Type: Full-time

    Salary: $50,960 - $53,040 per year

    Actual compensation offered will be determined individually, based on a number of job-related factors, including location, skills, experience, and education.

    Note:
    Applicants for this position must have access to reliable high-speed internet and personal computer equipment (desktop or laptop) capable of supporting the requirements of the role. A virtual desktop license will be provided to access Osaic systems, but the responsibility for maintaining the necessary hardware and internet connection lies with the candidate. Please ensure these requirements can be met before applying.

    Summary:

    As a member of our Advisor Support team, you will support our advisors and your team members in all aspects of operational and transition activities. You will collaborate with others in all aspects of Financial Advisor support in all stages of our processes. Your insightful contribution will help improve our service. You will be part of a training cohort to prepare you to support our advisors.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide support, answering questions, researching issues for our Financial Advisors.

    • Learn and support various financial products

    • Accurately define nature of call and determine caller's needs

    • Support operational teams on financial transaction and account maintenance.

    • Use of various software / financial platforms

    • Administative processing tasks related to calls, inquires, tranactioins

    • Educate Advisors where to find online information

    • All other duties as assigned

    Education Requirements:

    • Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.

    Basic Requirements:

    • 2+ years experience in financial services operations or broker-dealer setting.

    • Call center experience

    • Proficiency at Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet Explorer, Outlook, PowerPoint.

    • Excellent communication & organizational skills.

    • STRONG customer focus orientation

    • High attention to detail, analytical mindset, and problem-solving skills

    • Be able to work independently and maintain high levels of quality achieving an accuracy of at least 95%

    • Regular and consistent attendance at the office location

    Preferred Requirements:

    • 4+ years related brokerage experience

    • CRM experience / Salesforce experience

    • FINRA Series 7 license
