Benefits Specialist
General Description: Under direction of the Admin Director Benefits, responsible for administrating Benefit programs including medical, dental, vision, defined contribution, leave of absence and other benefit programs available ensuring they support the strategic goals of OU Health and legal compliance. Essential Responsibilities: Responsibilities listed in this section are core to the position. Inability to perform these responsibilities with or without an accommodation may result in disqualification from the position.
General Responsibilities:
Minimum Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field or an equivalent combination of education and work experience. Experience: Three (3) years' Human Resources experience with a minimum of one (1) year benefits experience. Licensure/Certifications/Registrations Required: CBP or PHR preferred.
