Summary
Accountable for the daily management and coordination of NYPA's overall operations, including overseeing, monitoring, and evaluating the operational performance; directing the preparation of operating budgets and proposals for capital expenditure and investments in infrastructure, technology, equipment, systems, or other assets and resources; analyzing and approving operational investments that best meet the organization's business needs. Program Controls is responsible for the direction and integration of project and program governance across NYPA's Operations Business Unit, including Capital and Maintenance programs. Supports the organization's approach to full life cycle project delivery, ensuring strategic alignment with organizational objectives and the efficient, consistent, and successful delivery of all work programs. It oversees the effective application of project and program controls across scheduling, cost management and work estimation teams. These responsibilities include working with other business functions and delivery teams in providing planning and performance information that facilitate successful project outcomes as well as overseeing the portfolio of vendor and customer contracts for all of Operations, bringing consistent and appropriate contracting mechanisms and coordinated integration of best practices. The estimated salary range for this position in the White Plains Office is: $127,200.00 - $174,900.00 and $108,740.00 - $149,510.00 for this position in the (Albany (ALB), Buffalo (BUF), CANALS - Albany (ABY), CANALS - Syracuse Section (SYD).
