Lubbock Program Coordinator 39871BR Academic Testing Center Position Description Supports the program director by performing administrative duties related to planning, directing and coordinating both the academic and operational activities of the program. Major/Essential Functions Works closely with Associate Director and Program Manager to facilitate test administrations for all exams. Maintain security of all test materials and ensure confidentiality of records. Organize student documents and work on reports, attend outreach events, and other duties as assigned. Responsible for reporting data through Raider Success Hub to supervisors on a daily basis. Attend trainings as needed. Collaboratively supervise front-office operations and security outside of standard testing hours as needed, particularly during final exam periods. Overtime is required during these times. Excellent customer service skills are a must via in person contact as well as by phone and by email. Required Qualifications High school plus six years experience in related field. Additional education may substitute for experience on a year for year basis. Preferred Qualifications Experience in an academic testing environment is preferred.
