Program Manager Arlington, VA Pay From: $65 per hour MUST: Active Secret US Government Security Clearance Required Experienced Program Manager 3 plus years of program management experience Experience managing a team effectively and efficiently in the DoD or military environment and have the knowledge of the mission as the team lead Experience working within a Firm Fixed Priced (FFP) contract where utilizing the personnel is essential at completing all the required tasks Ability to travel to Andrews AFB, Bolling AFB, and/or the Pentagon or other National Capital Region (NCR) Government locations with Government personnel (designated by the contracting officer) to discuss or address any problem areas with the mission or support On call requirements: must be available within two (2) hours of the notification by the COR or CO (not expected on a regular basis) Project Management Certification (PMP) Bachelor's degree required, postgraduate or higher degree preferred DUTIES: Support stakeholder meetings, staff meetings, engineering meetings, and other program meetings Provide successful management and supervision of employees of various labor categories and skills and projects When requested, meet at Andrews AFB, Bolling AFB, and/or the Pentagon or other National Capital Region (NCR) Government locations with Government personnel (designated by the contracting officer) to discuss or address any problem areas with the mission or support Notify the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) and Technical Point of Contact (TPOC) via a Problem Notification Report (PNR) of any technical, financial, personnel, or general managerial problems Quadrant is an affirmative action/equal opportunity employer.
