Description

Responsible for supply chain contract management including developing agreements, negotiating terms and conditions and driving continuous improvement and savings for the clients Revo supports.

This is a full-time position, Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:00pm based at our Bloomington location with hybrid working options.

Revo Health is a professional services company that partners with multiple healthcare groups to deliver exceptional patient care. This position will be employed by Revo Health, working closely with Infinite Health Collaborative (i-Health) and its operating divisions.

Essential Functions:
* Develop and negotiate contracts with vendors to secure the best price and terms for goods and services within required timeframes.
* Manage assigned contracts and monitor compliance. Utilize contract management tools, templates, methods, and processes to optimize GPO and local contracts.
* Coordinates the Request for Proposal Process from review to final submission including the development of requirements and scope of work, leading the selection process, and contract negotiations for assigned area
* Effectively utilize data to assess cost savings opportunities and evaluate the impact of change. Produce savings reports and actual results on a regular basis.
* Identify and implement cost savings & standardization opportunities. Coordinates implementation of contracts, including pricing, item masters, communication, etc. within established guidelines.
* Manages Group Purchasing Organization contracts including analyzing appropriate tier options, reviewing cost impacts, product gap identification, letter of commitment submission process and standardization program participation.
* Supports FF&E projects to ensure pricing and contracts are implemented for area of responsibility.
* Is actively involved in the Value Analysis Program, identifies and pursues quality improvement and cost reduction/management opportunities within area of responsibility as well as other areas of the organization
* Ensure system and contract database updates are done efficiently and timely to minimize price management issues.
* Facilitate meetings with key stakeholders and suppliers.
* Maintain positive relations with internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure communication is effective and timely.
* Continuously seek to understand and support customer needs, concerns, and priorities. Identify solutions to address requirements.
* Manage supplier performance and resolve issues in a timely manner.
* Occasionally participate in community functions relating to outreach events throughout the year.
* Any and all other duties as assigned

Education and Experience Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree preferred
* Minimum 6 years of relevant experience required
* Proven negotiation and contracting experience
* Project management experience
* Healthcare Supply Chain Experience
* Knowledge and Experience with Group Purchasing Organizations (GPO)
* Self-motivated and goal oriented
* Must possess a sense of urgency and have the ability to work in a fast-paced department
* Experience with purchasing and inventory management software
* Proficiency in all Microsoft office tools
