Description
The Supply Chain Specialist will have responsibility for leading and implementing supply chain initiatives across Revo managed sites by providing project management and support. This is a full-time position working M-F from 8:30 am - 5:00 pm out of our Corporate Office in Bloomington, MN. Revo Health is a professional services company that partners with multiple healthcare groups to deliver exceptional patient care. This position will be employed through Revo Health, working closely with Infinite Health Collaborative (i-Health) and its operating divisions.
Essential Functions:
- Responsible for the successful execution of supply chain projects and initiatives.
- Plan, develop, lead, and implement initiatives independently with guidance from direct supervisor.
- Optimize materials management distribution processes.
- Request quotes and complete purchase orders to align with contract compliance, product standardization and conformity to policies.
- Work with distributors and vendors to ensure service levels are met and resolve issues such as backorders, delivery issues, and price discrepancies.
- Involve and effectively communicate with various roles within an organization including physicians, senior leadership, site leadership, various staff, and other key stakeholders to facilitate and advance key initiatives.
- Serve as supply chain subject matter expert on projects, product conversions, new construction FFE planning, site implementations, and performance excellence.
- Implement the use of standard project management tools and utilize to effectively manage projects.
- Provide purchasing system and operational support for customers' supply chain needs including conducting staff training and providing on site support.
- Seek out, recommend, and implement process improvements for operational processes, cost reductions, and improve customer service levels.
- Collaborate with other teammates to deliver solid, effective solutions.
- Provide support to the Supply Chain Manager related to successful completion of initiative objectives.
- Occasionally participate in community functions relating to outreach events throughout the year.

Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with 5-10 years of related experience or combination of education/experience considered in lieu of degree.
- Experience in healthcare supply chain management with experience working within a physician practice and acute care or ambulatory surgery center environment.
- Project management experience and related tools required.
- Ability to plan, manage, and lead projects independently.
- Experience with purchasing, Microsoft Excel, and inventory management software required.

- Work in the clinic, office or surgery center during business hours
- Travel independently throughout the clinic, office or surgery center (which may include movement from floor to floor); frequent bending, lifting, stooping or sitting for long periods of time may be required
