Terros Health is pleased to share an exciting and challenging opportunity for an ACT Specialist in our Lifewell South Mountain clinic in Phoenix. This person will function as a Case Manager on the Assertive Community Team (ACT). The individual will need to be professional, friendly, a self-starter, organized, and compassionate. Responsibilities: Terros Health is hiring an ACT Specialist for our South Mountain clinic in Phoenix, AZ. Additional $3.00/hour ACT differential pay Now Offering a $4,000 Sign on Bonus Full-Time, Employed Bachelor's Degree in Behavioral Health preferred (not required) State Peer Support Certification required - we can help you obtain this upon hire! Bilingual in Spanish is a plus (Additional Language Differential Pay Available) Must have very flexible schedule as this team provides treatment 7 days/week, including weekends and holidays On-call and mileage reimbursement pay available As an ACT Specialist you will provide services to our clients, to include the following:
