Summary We are hiring for an RN Executive Director for our Rocky Hill office. This postion is full time, salaried. Home care and leadership experience required. The Executive Director is responsible for the administration of the day-to-day operations of the home care provider. This includes coordinating and completing assigned projects to effectively support the immediate and long-range objectives of the company; oversight of the eligibility of patients referred to home care services, planning for the services to be provided to patients and supervising their total home health care; implementing and maintaining administrative practices, agency philosophy, goals, and policies which assure compliance with applicable state and federal regulations; enhancing the profitability of the agency; and providing motivation and retention of a qualified staff and assure the quality of services delivered. This position also acts as a liaison with management staff and other departments throughout the company. Responsibilities

Executive Director II serves as the director of the agency's Home and Community-Based Services division under the direction of the Home Health provider administrator and must meet the following requirements:
Additional State Specific Requirements If a Clinical Manager is not part of the agency staffing structure, the following state specific requirements must be met: CT: To be appointed Supervisor of Clinical Services, must have one (1) year fulltime clinical experience in a home health agency and one of the following: (1)Master's degree or (2) bachelor degree with a minimum of three (3)years full-time clinical experience or (3)associate's degree with a minimum of three (3) years full-time clinical experience in past five (5)years, and evidence of certification by ANA (What is ANA?) as a community health nurse or completion of at least (6) credits received within two (2) years in community health nursing theory or six (6) credits in health care management from an accredited college or university program or school of nursing.
