Reporting to the Deputy Director of Finance, this position serves as the principal resource responsible for MIT Lincoln Laboratory's government property and associated policies and procedures. Supervise a staff of 13 property administrators and assistants in the Property Office. Responsible for life-cycle government property management and accountability of tangible equipment and material at Lincoln Laboratory on Hanscom AFB, and over ten field sites related to the $20 billion Air Force research and development prime contract. Responsible for recurring inventories for over 83,000 lines of property valued at over $1.6 billion and related loans and transfers. Strong working knowledge of Government Regulations (FAR and DFARS) related to property management and accountability as well as experience dealing with Government audits is required.
