  • Develops strategic partnerships within the county in support of program objectives aimed at improving health and reducing the burden of preventable and chronic disease in the county
  • Participates in, plans and develops the comprehensive community needs assessment (CCNA) in conjunction with program manager.
  • Implements goals of the Healthy Living Program based on collection, review, analysis and prioritization of health-related data developed from comprehensive community needs assessment.
  • Ensures timely and accurate reporting of work plan activities and attainment of identified grant goals.
  • Actively engages with local legislators and policy makers to support TSET state goals.

Qualifications

Data analysis; research methodologies; proficient in Excel; PPTX; facilitation of groups; project management; Communication skills for presentations and proposals.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in community health administration, or other health related fields.

Experience

3-5 years community health and/or grant program experience.
