Responsibilities A Desktop Services Technician II provides support and quality service to X staff by installing, inspecting, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing personal computers, peripherals, network printers, and other technology devices Qualifications Job Requirements: 5+ years of progressive experience in a desktop support role Familiar with MS applications Performs other duties as required to meet departmental and organizational objectives Preferred Job Requirements: Experience in a Healthcare environment a plus Experience with Microsoft's SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager) is a plus Experience with VDI's a plus Certifications (A+, MCP) a plus Basic support of application and database servers a plus
