IT Principal Quality System Analyst with TrackWise
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation, maintenance, and support of TrackWise Digital and QMS solutions
  Manage QMS integrations with ERP, LIMS, LMS
• Support data reporting and visualization tools related to QMS performance tracking
• Work with vendors on system enhancements and data migration
• Ensure compliance with GxP, FDA, and global regulatory requirements
• Provide hands-on support for validation, change control, and system improvements

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of experience in IT Quality Systems, TrackWise Digital, and system validation
• Strong background in GxP-validated environments
• Expertise in document management, deviation, CAPA, and change control processes
• Knowledge of data analytics, reporting, and dashboard development
• Proven ability to collaborate across teams and manage vendor relationships

This is a hybrid role with a preference for candidates located in the Massachusetts area.
