Tax Manager

Job Title : Permanent International Tax Manager

Location: Road Tampa FL 33634 Hybrid

Salary Range : $89,420k - $105,200k Yearly

Join our team as an International Tax Manager and play a key role in overseeing tax compliance across Latin America.

This position reports to the Senior Tax Manager for LATAM and collaborates with our foreign finance teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and file federal, state, and local tax returns across multiple foreign jurisdictions.
Manage tax accounting processes, including journal entries and tax provisions.
Oversee VAT and withholding tax determination.
Collaborate with external partners on tax documentation and compliance.
Ensure accurate intercompany transactions and transfer pricing documentation.
Identify opportunities to streamline compliance through automation.
Stay up to date on tax law changes that impact global operations.

What We're Looking For:

bachelor's degree in accounting, Tax, Finance, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in public accounting or a multinational corporation, with LATAM exposure.
Proficiency in OneSource Tax Provision (TaxStream), SAP, MS Office, and advanced Excel.
Fluent in English & Spanish (written and spoken).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
Familiarity with robotics and Alteryx is a plus.
