Compensation Range:

Anticipated Base compensation rate is in the range of $162,988.00 - $199,661.00 / Year depending on qualifications and experience.

875100 Case Management

Expectations:

Provides departmental direction relative to all aspects/activities that ensure the attainment of departmental goals, which ultimately assist in achieving favorable hospital operating results. This position is responsible for providing administrative and clinical oversight of the Case Management department, supervising the daily operations of the Case Management department, problem solving daily clinical and operational issues, coordinating department development. This position requires flexibility of hours. The position will report directly to the Vice President of Quality and Clinical Operations.

EDUCATION:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing required. Master's Degree in Nursing preferred.

EXPERIENCE/TRAINING:
Recent experience in case management is required. Management experience in case management preferred.

LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS:
Required:
Current unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license issued by California Board of Registered Nursing (BRN)
