Genesis10 is currently seeking an IT Project Manager with our client in the financial industry located in Jersey City, NJ. This is a 12+ month contract position. Responsibilities: An individual contributor to join the ERFT Team as a Project Manager In this role they will have good understanding of Treasury business processes and drive delivery across the ATLAS + other ERFT suite of platforms that deliver key data management capabilities in support of Corporate Treasury Data Management, Global Liquidity Management and Enterprise-wide upstream and downstream systems Manage financials for the program, assist with resource planning, and facilitate sync points between business and technology leaders across multiple organizations, as well as Risk and Compliance partners Assess, facilitate approval and support the on-boarding of new projects into the program meeting the program and enterprise change standards Accountable for all program governance reporting and communication, for example, monthly governance materials and minutes, quarterly attestation, RPI Updates, Weekly Communication emails, etc. Monitor individual project health utilizing automated tooling to ensure planning, budgets and adherence to enterprise standards remain on track Requirements: In-depth knowledge of and experience in the financial industry and global financial markets including product expertise (Equities, FX, Derivatives, etc.) Experience with standard software development methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, etc.) Significant experience in understanding the ETL Concepts, DB objects and flows translating into functional and technical requirements Experience translating business requirements into functional and technical requirements and driving solutions End To End Excellent oral and written presentation skills Ability to work with change management, developers, technology architects, and program leads In-depth knowledge of and experience with Treasury functions Background working with a broad range of professionals at varying levels of seniority Experience with Big Data Demonstrated leadership and client relationship skills Strong professional work ethic, flexible, reliable, can work individually or within a team Ability to work under pressure and responsible for delivery on time Pay Range: $55.15-$63.15 Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
