The Acrobat team is seeking an exceptional, customer-centric Acrobat Evangelist for our digital document products as part of the Acrobat Product Marketing & Community team.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced individual to share their knowledge, passion, and expertise of Adobe Acrobat, AI Assistant, and other Document Cloud apps and solutions across various audiences, including SMBs, individuals, knowledge workers and marketers working at medium to large businesses. This role involves engaging with internal & external communities through both virtual and in-person engagements to inspire, educate, building long-term relationships along with promoting Adobe Document Cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Community Engagement, Advocacy & Product Expertise:

  • Act as the ultimate Adobe Acrobat expert, representing Adobe at both internal and external virtual and in-person events.

  • Engage with communities across various platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Reddit, X, Meta, TikTok) through two-way conversations, providing answers, thought leadership, insights, and support related to Adobe products.

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key leaders in the community, establish trust and showcase deep knowledge of user needs.

  • Foster and contribute to discussions on Adobe products, policies, and document productivity tools, addressing specific audience needs and encouraging community engagement.

Content Creation & Presentation:
  • Develop and present content for various engagement formats, including demos, videos, workshops, social, webinars, and live-streams.

  • Participate in presentations at conferences, meetups, and online chats, sharing expertise and evangelizing Adobe products.

  • Continuously represent Adobe in different educational and professional events, both virtual and physical, to inspire, educate, and cultivate brand connection.

Collaborative Initiatives:
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including community, product management, marketing, events, sales enablement and campaign teams to create and manage mini-engagement activities (e.g., AMAs with the product team, virtual events, and in-person workshops).

  • Provide feedback and insights from the community to drive product development, particularly in the area of Document Cloud products.

Competitive Insights & Reporting:
  • Stay informed on the competitive landscape, sharing relevant insights within Adobe to improve products and strategies.

  • Track, analyze, and report on the progress of community engagement initiatives, providing updates on key metrics and objectives.

What you'll need to succeed
  • Presentation & Communication: Excellent presentation skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives for diverse personas across industries (e.g., education, working professionals, SMBs, IT, decision makers). You'll be the face of Acrobat, and we want to see your personality to shine through!

  • Product Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Adobe Acrobat, Document Cloud, mobile apps (Acrobat Reader/Adobe Scan), Generative AI solutions, and other Adobe products (e.g., Firefly, Adobe Express).

  • Audience Engagement: Proven ability to engage with a variety of audiences, including knowledge workers, SMB, and education- and scale interactions via social media platforms.

  • Video & Social Content Creation: Ability to script and craft demos and create engaging tutorial videos that can be shared at events and across social and owned channels.

  • Independence & Teamwork: Ability to work independently while taking ownership of responsibilities and collaborate effectively within a team.

  • Organizational & Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and goals efficiently.

  • Cross-Team Communication: Skilled communicator with the ability to work across teams and regions, and interact confidently with senior executives, product managers, and marketing teams.

  • Event & Workshop Planning: Experience in planning and driving events, workshops, content, and community engagement activities.

  • Travel: Willingness to travel (30-50%) for in-person demos, events, and community engagement.

  • Community Engagement: Proven experience in community engagement, public speaking, and content creation.

  • Competitive Insight & Coordination: Knowledge of the competitive landscape, with the ability to offer insights and track progress with attention to detail.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $120,700 -- $213,400 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
