About the Job

As an Editorial Coordinator, you will develop a deep understanding of our editorial processes and expectations, ensuring seamless version control, project file integrity, and accurate incorporation of requested changes. You will play a vital role in delivering high-quality content, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and honing your skills in a supportive and fast-paced environment.

A Day in the Life

  • Provide proofreading support to Editorial colleagues on multiple brands, reviewing files for accuracy and consistency, and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Assist with copy editing tasks, performing initial edits and reviews of print and digital materials to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Communicate daily with internal team members to update them on project progress and collaborate to ensure goals are met while maintaining quality control.
  • Foster a collaborative atmosphere and work effectively in a team environment to achieve shared objectives.
  • Develop a deep understanding of agency processes and best practices through active learning and supervision.
  • Maintain a timely and detail-oriented approach to administrative duties, ensuring seamless project execution.

What You Will Need

  • Bachelor's degree in English, communications, journalism, biology, or a related field, with 0-1 year of experience in a corporate or agency environment.
  • Strong English language skills, including spelling, writing, punctuation, and grammar, as well as general computer literacy and math competency.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive, professional relationships across disciplines and departments.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills, with a focus on attention to detail, quality control, and consistency.
  • A flexible and adaptable approach, with the ability to navigate changing circumstances and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A learning mindset and a commitment to ongoing professional growth and development, with a willingness to follow agency processes and procedures.

Salary
45000 - 60000
