Your Role With Us:Salem Health is seeking a dedicated Respiratory Therapist Supervisor to lead our team in delivering exceptional patient care. This role oversees daily staff assignments, ensures compliance with policies, and supports continuous quality improvement initiatives. The supervisor plays a key role in fostering a positive work environment, providing mentorship, and promoting professional development among team members. Responsibilities include staff scheduling, onboarding new hires, participating in performance management, and assisting in department-wide projects and audits.
