The Executive Office plays an integral role in setting and advancing Goldman Sachs' corporate strategy, and in preserving the firm's distinctive culture. We are responsible for safeguarding the firm's relationship with alumni, clients, shareholders, policy makers, and the broader public, while ensuring that our own people remain informed about the firm's evolving priorities. We also partner with the businesses to source high-impact opportunities in line with the firm's social and sustainability agendas. The Office of Corporate Engagement The Goldman Sachs Office of Corporate Engagement leads the global philanthropic efforts of The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. (Goldman Sachs), including strategic partnerships, charitable giving, and employee volunteerism. This includes signature initiatives such as 10,000 Women, 10,000 Small Businesses, Community TeamWorks (CTW) and Goldman Sachs Gives, in addition to management of the firm's Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) commitments. The Senior Analyst/Associate will help drive the success of efforts to engage the people of Goldman Sachs in the firm's philanthropic and community service activities. In particular, the selected candidate will drive operations for Community TeamWorks (CTW), the signature volunteering initiative through which Goldman Sachs people provide over 100k hours of service to communities annually, and the Matching Gift program, which annually distributes approximately $20mm to nonprofits worldwide.
