What You'll Do
Are you ready to make a big impact? Join us as a Finance Manager and drive the financial success of our Food Service Business Unit! You'll be part of the go-to financial advisor team, crafting plans that align with our strategic goals and boosting profitability.

• Act like it's your Company:Be the primary financial advisor, offering strategic guidance on financial performance, opportunities & risks and investments
• Share Information:Develop and present financial plans and forecasts. Analyze key data to support investment decisions.
• Deliver Results:Develop ROI analyses for capital projects, including new product launches, capacity expansions, automation initiatives and other critical investment decisions
• Thinking as one Team:Work closely with Pricing, Product Line Management, Account Management, Trade, and Sales teams to ensure pricing decisions and promotional programs are financially sound and contribute to P&L performance
• Take Intelligent Ricks:Lead cross-functional projects and contribute to strategic initiatives and portfolio optimization/SKU rationalization efforts. Review new business opportunities to ensure they are financially beneficial and consistent with the BU's strategy
• Always be Learning:Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to provide valuable insights and recommendations for business
• Using Data to Make Decisions:Collaborate with Power BI, Accounting, Sales, Manufacturing and Supply Chain teams to ensure consistency of data across company

The Finance Manager will work out of our Mason, Michigan headquarters reporting to theFinancial Planning and AnalysisDirector. From our humble beginnings in the 1960s, we've grown our Mason campus footprint and now offer employees an onsite fitness center, recycling facilities, mile-long wellness walkway between buildings, and more. What You'll Bring

• Requires one of the following:
  • Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in finance, accounting, economics, business, or related field of study
  • Master's Degree or MBA (preferred) with a focus on finance, strategy, or business management.

• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, brand finance, marketing finance, or related role
• Industry-specific experience in CPG or Retail Packaging industry, preferred
• Strong financial analysis and modeling skills, including experience with budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and experience with data visualization tools like Power BI for generating and interpreting financial reports
• Demonstrated ability to work as a strategic partner to senior leadership, influencing decisions and driving financial performance
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and building relationships with stakeholders across the organization
• Ability to work closely with Sales, Pricing, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Product Teams to drive financial success and optimize processes
• Effective communication skills to translate complex financial information into understandable and actionable insights for non-financial stakeholders
• Project management skills to lead cross-functional initiatives and strategic projects
• Problem-solving mindset: Ability to assess complex business challenges and develop actionable solutions.
• Ability to be a proactive leader with a strong bias for action
• Up to 5% domestic travel
