Genesis10 is currently seeking a Program Manager Strategic Accounts & Product Collaboration with our client in their Sunnyvale, CA location. This is a 12-month contract position. This is a remote or hybrid position in the Bay Area working PST. Summary: We're looking for a highly organized Program Manager to support strategic account execution while partnering closely with Product, Sales, and Customer teams. This role will be instrumental in aligning account-specific needs with product priorities, ensuring seamless coordination, timely delivery, and stakeholder alignment. Responsibilities: Serve as the operational point of contact for high-impact accounts, helping drive cross-functional alignment and execution. Partner closely with Product Managers to translate customer needs and feedback into actionable insights and roadmaps. Build and maintain project plans for account-specific initiatives, tracking milestones and ensuring on-time delivery. Coordinate internal stakeholders across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Support to meet client objectives. Manage communications, documentation, and deliverables for key account programs, including QBRs and executive updates. Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities to streamline execution and improve client satisfaction. Requirements: 3 5+ years of experience in program or project management, with exposure to product development cycles. Strong understanding of cross-functional dynamics between Product, Sales, and Customer Success. MSFT office and Google tools. Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position. Desired: Experience working with enterprise or strategic accounts is a plus. Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Suggested Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset. Eager and Comfortable working direct with customers at times. Pay rate range: $43.00 - $54.00 hourly.
