Role: Salesforce Production Support

Job Level: Manager

Duration: Full Time only - Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Job Summary:

  • Job summary: Overall Experience of 5 + Years in salesforce CRM-Sales, Service and Health Cloud and current role as Developer. Responsible for Process Improvement:
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Roles and responsibilities:

* "Incident Management: Respond to and resolve incidents impacting the Salesforce environment, ensuring minimal disruption to users and business processes. "

* "Troubleshooting: Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues within the Salesforce platform, including bugs, performance problems, and integration issues. "

* "System Monitoring: Proactively monitor the health and performance of the Salesforce production environment, identifying potential issues before they impact users. "

* "Collaboration: Work closely with other teams, including development, business analysts, and end-users, to understand issues, gather requirements, and implement solutions. "

* "Knowledge Sharing: Document processes, procedures, and solutions to ensure knowledge transfer and facilitate future problem resolution. "

* "Data Management: Support data administration tasks, including data loading, cleansing, and reporting. "

* "Configuration and Customization: Assist with Salesforce configuration and customization, ensuring the platform meets business needs. "

* "Release Management: Participate in the planning and execution of Salesforce releases and upgrades, ensuring a smooth transition for users. "

* "User Support: Address user inquiries and provide technical support to ensure a positive user experience. "

* "Root Cause Analysis: Investigate the root cause of issues to prevent recurrence. "

* "Testing and Validation: Test and validate new features, customizations, and integrations to ensure they function correctly. "

* "Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. ".

Mandatory Certifications Required: SALESFORCE ADMINISTRATOR, SALES OR SEVICE CLOUD, PD1 Applications will be accepted until May 10, 2025.

The annual salary for this position is between $80,000 - $130,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
