We have an immediate need for a combination Proofreader/Project Coordinator to join our client's onsite creative team as they support a well-known grocer with all kinds of retail needs such as:



  • Circulars/Direct Mail
  • In-Store Signage
  • Monthly publication
  • Digital Assets


To set expectations, you can expect to be proofreading 60% of the time with the remaining 40% being focused on project coordination.

We are seeking a professional who knows how to digitally proofread for grammar, style, content, consistency, and numerical accuracy to ensure weekly promotions are accurate BEFORE they go to print! In this role you will be the liaison between the creative team, handing over assets and the project management team that oversees schedules and deliverables, ensuring all deadlines are met.

To be considered for this role we are seeking the following:



  • 3-5 years of experience in a creative department as a Proofreader
  • Experience proofreading print collateral: Price points, SKU's, imagery, spelling, grammar, branding guidelines, related to circulars
  • Strong organizational skills as you will managing multiple projects and deadlines, at a time. Client has 4-5 circulars in production each week.
  • Strong communication/organizational skills
  • Solid Excel Skills
