*Job Description:*
Seeking a dedicated Loss Drafts Associate to assist customers with claims on their homeowner's insurance. The specialist will manage the loss claim from reporting through completion of repairs. Responsibilities include: * Claims Management: Assist clients with releasing funds to restoration companies for property repairs. Ensure all compliance requirements are met. * Communication: Respond to questions and requests from clients, staff, borrowers, contractors, adjusters, and agents quickly and accurately. Document all activity pertaining to the claim. * Customer Service: Handle approximately 25 calls per day. Listen and understand customer frustrations, stay calm under pressure, and problem-solve to make customers feel at ease. * Documentation: Document all conversations and details into a multi-screen computer system. Use Excel for documentation. * Training: Undergo intense training including shadowing and class work to understand the industry and Proctor process. *Additional Skills & Qualifications:* * Office experience in customer service, administrative, data entry, or production role (1+ year). * Tech-savvy with the ability to use multiple monitors and programs simultaneously. * Typing speed of at least 35 WPM. *Employee Value Proposition (EVP):* * Growth opportunity into different positions and various levels of leadership roles. * Hybrid schedule after 12 weeks. * Flexible work schedule. *Work Environment:* * 8am to 4:30pm Monday- Friday * Fully on-site for the first 3 to 6 months. Transition to a hybrid schedule ONLY IF meeting production, quality, and attendance metrics. This is an earned opportunity and may vary for each employee. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
