Job Description:

Our client is seeking a talented and motivated Scientist to join their team. This role focuses on supporting method development projects within a dynamic and fast-paced laboratory environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with N-glycan UPLC method development, and a strong background in analytical techniques to support product characterization and release testing.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities (but not limited to):

  • Develop, optimize, and validate analytical methods for product characterization and release testing.
  • Perform sample preparation for various analytical techniques.
  • Conduct HPLC and UPLC analysis to support method development.
  • Evaluate and implement commercial kits for sample preparation and analysis, ensuring accuracy and reproducibility.
  • Maintain laboratory documentation in compliance with GMP/GLP guidelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including QC, R&D, and Manufacturing, to support method development and transfer activities.
  • Participate in method qualification, validation, and technology transfer activities.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3+ years of industry experience in an analytical laboratory setting.
  • Hands-on experience with automation tools, such as the Andrew Alliance Robot (Waters).
  • Expertise in sample preparation techniques and method development.
  • Strong proficiency in UPLC and HPLC methodologies.
  • Experience working with commercial sample preparation kits in a regulated environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a proven track record of troubleshooting analytical challenges.
  • Strong documentation and communication skills, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Experience with method validation and transfer protocols is a plus.
